"I answered the questions for what I thought it would have been had we got to stay there. We had to cancel our visit the day before we were supposed to leave. We were coming to watch our granddaughter compete in a Jr. High Rodeo at the fairgrounds in Pawhuska. I let the owner know and I realized that it was too late to cancel for a refund but could not get a hold of VRBO. I was on hold for over ten minutes. I at least thought that I might get reimbursed for the cleaning fee since no one stayed there. I tried to cancel online but couldn't get it done since it was too late. Very disappointed with my experience with VRBO."

"This house was walking distance to everything we wanted to do in pawhuska! The layout of the house was perfect for our girls trip and so cozy with Pipneer Woman decorations/kitchen items! We will definitely stay here in the future"

"Very clean. Didn't understand how the only TV worked. Probably more on me than the owner. No local stations were available. Detailed instructions on how the TV worked would have been nice. A box of tissue would have also been nice. Very comfortable bed!"
