So let me just start with the fact that this hotel was super easy to find, the front desk staff was nice, the hotel was clean, the room was nice and average on the cleanliness. The slight negatives were the bathroom had no bathtub and had water damage all over from over spray from the shower and the pool was average and beyond packed and noisy. I stayed at the hotel on a Friday night and the hotel is very large so the pool definitely needs to be renovated it is way too small! My main complaint is with the restaurant connected to the hotel. While checking in the front desk girl let me know about the restaurant and that they serve food until 10. My 6 year old was right next to me during this process. Around 730 pm we went to the restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat before bed and a male came running to us and sternly told me my daughter could Not cross the door threshold. At the door the sign does say 21 . Once he told me she could not cross the threshold I asked if I could just order food to go and he told me this could only be done at the bar and my daughter had to stay in the hall! This completely was not happening as I would not even be able to see her! He walked away and basically said “oh well” and left us at the door! I then called down to the front desk to complain and see if I could do a phone order where I was told again all orders had to be placed at the bar! This is NOT listed on the restaurant/“bars” website and was beyond frustrating to me! NOT ACCOMMODATING

You'll be surprised to find a lobby below the 1st floor. Great location within a half hour of Victory, RHEMA, St. Francis, Tally's, 27 QTs, Braums, Wallyworld NMs, etc...

The room was very nice to look at and beds were comfortable. Initial day was fine, with exception of strong musty oder. The freezer was thawed and water catch tay was overflowing, and likely got on carpets, creating musty smell. I reported to the front desk, and refrigerator was replaced, but oder remained for 3 day stay. Fully booked so changing rooms was not an option. Also, did not have maid service for entire stay, which is unusual for for such a nice hotel.

I say here often, but my last stay was very disappointing. First issue is the coffee in my room was never replenished, second issue is the bar tender in the hotel was not friendly, at moments he was downright rude and obtuse

I was extremely excited to get to this hotel and check into my room after helping my college kiddo move for 12hours straight. I was exhausted and hurting all over my body. I didn’t get to my room until midnight. I immediately showered. The knob on the shower was falling off and would barely turn. Ok whatever… shower and get ready to crawl into bed and I pull back the sheets to the most disgusting, filthiest set of sheets ever. I was BEYOND disgusted. Tons and tons of long black curly hair, some sort of animal hair, and pee stains everywhere including the pillows!! I took several pics, unfortunately I can’t upload to Expedia. Called the front desk and was brought new sheets that I had to change myself as they didn’t have cleaning crew that late. I chose to sleep on the couch and check out immediately in the morning. It’s a shame bc the outside of the hotel looks awesome!

My mom and step dad stayed at Stoney creek and had the best experience. Unfortunately we did not. The best part of our stay was the rabbits. The room looked like we were let in before the room was done getting cleaned. It felt wet the entire time. My daughter slipped in the shower because it was so greasy. We had to put towels down just to take a shower. And our room wasn’t going to be cleaned until we had been there 3 days. But they don’t tell you that when you check in. Coffee in the room was never stocked. You had to request your room to be cleaned and it was barely and nothing stocked. We had to use Kleenex for toilet paper. Besides the bunnies, the breakfast was great. Probably won’t be back. Customer service wasn’t a number one priority. I do not recommend.

The decor for the entire hotel was beautiful. The comfy was amazing, clean, spacious, and just super comfy. The seat for shower was great and the staff was so sweet. I also enjoyed sitting at the bar, the drinks and wings were fantastic.

We enjoyed the decor! The pantry is convenient, staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and our stay was nice and quiet! Also, it’s pet friendly! Quick walk to Bass Pro, ice cream shops, dining, and shopping. Will return!
