“I didn't like the fact that I have to wait 3 to 7 business days to get my deposit back.. plus the toilet had issues flushing and the water took long to go down in tub.. the room was swampy .. you can barely feel the ac.. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again... dont get me wrong the people are friendly but there rules and policies are not good...”

“The property was ok. We had major problems with the main bathroom and I had to call maintenance 3 times to fix it and I waited over 6+ hours for someone to come. The beach was great! The condo we had was supposed to be able to sleep 6 with the pullout couch but the couch was extremely uncomfortable!!”

“This is not a very clean place. The phone in the room to call front desk was messed up. The first 3 people I spoke to didn't care that I told them it was messed up. The 4th person said someone would come to change the phone, but they never did. Our toilet was clogged. They sent someone up while we were gone. When we came back the toilet was still clogged. We came back to a toilet full of black poop water and a turd on the floor. We called them to fix it again and they never came. The callings……

“First off, I never write reviews since most places I stay at are good experiences. This booking was an exception.
Loud construction happening right next door with no warning from Expedia or the property. The construction started at 7am and was right outside our 3 bedroom ocean front balcony room. I wish I could post the videos I have of the ridiculousness but this app won’t allow me to.
The front desk, while sympathetic, were not helpful moving us or giving us any compensation.
I ended up moving……
