My first experience was a great experience. The staffing was amazing and had great customer service when my family arrived. The room was great and anything that was needed, the staffing took care of it immediately. The air conditioner went out in the room and the maintenance staff quickly replaced the unit with a new one the very next day and cleaning crew made sure that they checked daily to make sure any clean linen and towels was accessible if needed. They rebated us for the issue with the air conditioning and would love to come back here again. The entire visit was well worth it and my kids enjoyed it as well.

Very chill resort right on the beach. They brought fresh towels and changed trash daily. Lots of towels, it was perfect. Views were great, lots of parking, close to everything by car, and if you don't want to leave the resort no worries their is plenty to do on site.

This is not a safe or clean area in Myrtle Beach. I felt misguided with this site providing this property with an over 4 star rating. Very disappointed!

It was good, I like the entertainment at the pool every night and having the pool bar and food . The hotel wasnt grossly dirty but I feel it needs some remodeling, new flooring , fresh paint, also the cloth chair in our room was kinda gross , it needs replaced , I think only vinyl chairs in hotels that can be wiped down , cloth material can’t be wiped down. Also, the indoor pool area was gross

I chose this resort based on Expedia reviews and I did not see what was excellent about the property. It was not worth the amount of money we paid. The only bonus was that it was ocean front property. The employees were very friendly and it is more of a little kids resort rather than for older children. The only thing I wish I knew prior is that it was a cashless resort.

There was a lot to enjoy in the property, which made it easy to just stay there and relax by the waters, relax in the lounge or even play pool. Also the area had a lot of places to go which made it feel a live as well.

Coral beach isn’t the newest or the fanciest hotel that’s at Myrtle Beach but it’s definitely one of the best. It’s perfect for families of just about any size and age. My wife’s side of the family has been going here since it first opened up probably 30 years ago!
