The property outdoors was stunning, so were the rooms. I tried calling the front desk over and over and never got a reply. The bar pictured says it is open "seasonally" in the book they give you but it doesnt list when the season is and it was noy open even though i traveled 6 weeks after Spring Break and it is in the south. No towels at any pools. The comforter had a black stain in it. There were cigarette butts by the back gate despite the ban on property no one cleaned up. The indoor pool floor was absolutely flooded at 8pm to the point where it was not safe to walk on. No plastic bag was provided for wet clothes, despite it being a SWIM RESORT by the BEACH with multiple pools. I also thought it weird the pool did not open until 9 when, again, it is a resort that boasts pools, i think surely by 8.... i am not much of a drinker but i thought the fact the bar was not open and there was no sign (and no answer on the phone when i called to ask) to explain why, or what "in season" is for the bar and so on was false advertisement - a resort with no towels or wet bags, bar closed, just not well maintained with guests in mind - again, absolutely beautiful property, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves but we got hungry. We went to the vending, since the bar was closed - the vending machine was nearly empty and we had trouble getting anything out and when we did, it was wrong. Same with the soda machine, i asked for mountain dew and it gave me pepsi, showing someone careless loaded it!
