The hotel has a strong odor of chlorine which we thought initially was because of the pool, but as we were walking the hallways we could tell it was mixed with a strong musty smell. We were on the 4th floor and we couldn’t smell it there. On our 3rd night we noticed lots of mold (that was black) near our window in our room. We were leaving the next day and my husband asked for tape to contain it. They brought painters tape. I showed pictures of it to the front desk and she seemed shocked but did nothing to compensate us. It was disappointing.

Timer on Fridge was frustrating. Not sure if it is a safety issue or to cut overhead costs. Not a fan of having to recool over and over and don't see why someone even thought that was a good idea.
Staff Friendly, they did good even when you could tell they were short staffed.
The window was missing a latch at the bottom which made it sound like it was part way open and road noise seemed pretty loud at times, but not a deal breaker.
Parking was good. Location was easy to find and close to food, gas, etc,
