Give me a coffee maker that is leak-proof.

Pros: van service to airport
Cons: overall general condition of room. Needs some updating and new coffee maker.
Location: airport
Expedia listed check-in time at 3 pm but upon arrival the desk attendant said no rooms were ready and they didn't check folks in until 4 pm anyway. I showed her my printed copy of my Expedia reservation. It took forever to find my reservation in the computer (trainee, I guess). AND, miracle of miracles, our room was ready!!!!!Everything else was just fine until...at 5 am (wake up time to catch our flight) the pre-timed coffee maker leaked all over my cosmetic bag and other items around the sink. Otherwise this facility served its purpose near the airport and van service 24 hours daily.

Pros: Staff were great.
Cons: Total remodel.
Room was ok but outdated. Pillows were a standard size put into a King sized case. Terrible appearance.

Beautiful new, clean, and comfortable hotel

Pros: 24 hour pool. Nice breakfast, & very comfortable beds & pillows.
Cons: Bathroom could be a little bigger, with more room for dressing after showering.
Location: We didn't spend much time in Spokane, as we were attending a family reunion and wedding in Coeur D' Alene, ID, just over the border in Idaho.
Check in clerks were very busy when we arrived, so we had to wait about 10 minutes. The hotel was great; clean, very comfortable. Loved the hours for the fitness room, pool, and spa.

Spokane stay

Pros: It was fairly new; loved the 24 hour pool and fitness center!
Location: Didn't do a lot in Spokane; traveled to Coeur D'Alene, ID for a wedding.
Nice hotel; fairly new; clean; great breakfast! Beautiful location amid the pines.

Very nice but worn out mattress.

Pros: West Spokane location, easily accessible, close to I90.
Cons: Replace the mattresses to avoid sinking in bed and itchy backs.
Location: Spokane Airport, but still not very far from city.
Welcoming staff, helpful with city attractions and restaurant advice, not happy with our booking through third party. Room was fairly clean and spacious, bed was not comfortable as mattress was worn out, problem also shared with other guests. Great location if airport proximity is needed or if heading west the following morning.

Nothing Plus

Pros: Close to the highway but without the noise.
Cons: The rooms could use updating.
Location: It is close to the airport and the highway. It also is not far from downtown Spokane.
The hotel is called a Plus but is not . It is an average hotel and somewhat dated. The location is close to the highway but you do not hear any noise from it. All in all there isn't anything special about this hotel. The staff are young and not very experienced. They had a Happy Hour but we were not told about it and didn't know until I noticed the sign the next day. We will not be staying here again.
