"Lovely quiet home that was perfect for our family of five. Check in was seamless, I had to book another day and it was so so simple. The communication was flawless. Waters were left on the fridge for us and kitchen had all accommodations including coffee. Easy access to main roads. Jessy made our stay very simple. Would recommend to anyone! "

"This house was great! The AC had an issue and the owner snapped to fixing it SO FAST! The AC got down to a wonderful 72 in the Florida summer. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Even a high chair! Thank you! "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very clean, well equipped and roomy. We loved having basic necessities in the house when we arrived. The beds are all very comfortable. The dock on the lake is an added bonus. Our boys really enjoyed fishing and the views were beautiful (especially when there is a rainbow). We will definitely be staying here again! "

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! First things first....A big COCKROACH on the middle of the bed. That should be enough but there's more.The living room furniture and upholstered dining chairs were worn and STAINED. The outdated kitchen stove, oven and dishwasher had food crumbs in them. The inside of the oven had caked on food and a FRAYED electrical wire. The silverware and utensils looked dirty and some were broken lying amongst the strand of HAIR. The dirty rug in the bathroom and soap scum on all the walls of the showers paled next to the FILTH stuck in the shower drains. The fixtures were in disrepair as well. The blinds on the windows were broken. The window AC Units upstairs looked like they were ready to fall out of the windows and were turned OFF when we arrived creating a musty smell and humid climate in June. Obviously we contacted the owner immediately to cancel our reservation but apparently that was not enough to provide a REFUND. "

"This was the perfect place for our quick weekend in Florida. The place was spotless and decorated beautifully. You really felt like you were home or staying at a family members house, not a vacation home. The beds were super comfortable! I slept like a baby. The hosts were super sweet and offered up great recommendations of near by places to eat. Without a doubt, we will stay here again next time we come down to visit family. "
