“The man at the front desk was really really nice when I checked in Friday. The only thing is is that they put us in room 219 when we got up to 219 after they told us that the elevator did not work did we realize that somebody was already enrolled 219 then I put us in room 357 they come to find out they don’t clean up rooms every day if you stay there more than three days they’re not gonna clean your room every day they’re not gonna even bring you any clean towels unless you ask them so and……

“Found hair and things in the beds and room, that seems as though the cleaning staff was not super thorough. It may have even been their hair that fell out when changing the beds, but still gross. Overall, the property was OK for a night. It is right next to I-4. There are plenty of restaurants and things close by. Main street is about 10 minutes away. ”

“1/5 Stars: Avoid at all costs!!! I booked this hotel for a much-needed trip and it was a nightmare. The "amenities" are a joke—the front door didn't even open with my access card, and the staff was incredibly rude when I asked for help. The room smelled terrible, the appliances were ancient, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the tub leaked. Most importantly, as a solo traveler, I felt completely unsafe here. Do not let the pictures fool you; this place is a scam.”
