8.4/10 Very Good! (1,000 reviews)
The first room was freezing! The ac unit didn’t work. Do they moved us. We had requested two beds. The second room only had one and a sleeper sofa. The mattress in the sleeper was DISGUSTINGLY filthy. So we shared the one bed. The coverlet had blood stains on it. The faucet on the sink dripped all night, there were bugs in the room, overall it was a terrible experience.
