This property had a very unique smell and was uniquely dirty. Our reservation was changed before we arrived and they were going to charge us the same price. The hot tub was disgusting and the pool was murky. I was scared to walk on the carpet in bare feet. The breakfast was disorganized and understaffed. There was a huge line up and many items were out.

When my family and I stayed there along with our 3 dogs it was a pleasant stay. I unfortunately forget the name of the very helpful, friendly and customer focused young man working the front desk, but he did a great job and helped make our stay enjoyable. In terms of the place itself, the rooms were clean and we didn’t have any issues. Considering other places and for the price as well as the dogs staying free it was very reasonably priced. The in-house restaurant (Route 6) was good as well as the hot breakfast and freshly made complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Close to Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and gas stations. I would stay there again if I head that way anytime soon.

Charminy your receptionist at the front desk was great. Very helpful and great to deal with. Breakfast was a bonus, rooms were clean.

L'hébergement était proche de la plage. La chambre était correct. Frigo et micro onde mais aucune machine a café. Seul possibilité est a la réception qui ouvre seulement a 8:30. Air climatisé dans la chambre désuet et très bruyante. Pendant notre séjour il y a eu un incendie pendant la nuit au restaurant adjacent a l'hôtel. Nous avons du évacuer l'hôtel pendant plus de 3 hres et nous ne savions pas si nous pourrions récupérer notre chambre. Nous avons été entassés dans la réception en attente de savoir. Finalement nous avons pu réintégrer l'hôtel. Il y avait de la saleté du au passage des pompiers. Rien n'a été fait de la part des propriétaires pour nous dédommager et lorsque nous avons voulu bénéficier d'un départ tardif ils ont voulu nous chargé un supplément $ et lorsque j'ai demandé de ne pas le payer en guise de dédommager on m'a répondu: " BEN LA IL FAUDRAIT EN REVENIR CA FAIT 2 JOURS QUE CA S'EST PASSÉ" j'étais outrée, donc nous avons quitté immédiatement. Je suis consciente que ce n'est pas de leur faute... cependant ils auraient pu être plus conciliant.
