“House overall worked well for us. We are healthcare workers and this place was right next to the hospital. We stayed during a snow storm and parked in the hospital garage. The walk over to the hospital was overall easy. The reviews stating that there is a slight weed smell especially on the first floor is accurate but not as bad on the second and 3rd floors. Qi was very accommodating when I asked to add 2 more people onto our reservation at the last minute. The place was overall very clean and……

“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs……

“We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars……

“The property was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home but very well maintained. You are in closer quarters but the living space was comfortable for 5 adults. We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move. ”
