“Apartment was centrally located to the train into Philadelphia and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The check-in was very easy with very good communication. Additionally the apartment comes with a designated garage since on street parking is harder after 8 am. The apartment is very comfortable with two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A nice place to return to after touring the city.”

“Convenient location for our daughter’s SJU graduation. Comfortable bedding and clean linens and bathrooms. We also enjoyed being able to sit on the back patio. It was close to activities that we wanted to do downtown. We were able to run out of the apartment and head towards Fairmount Park. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. ”

“The unit itself was as described. We felt safe even though the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Although the listing states “on site parking available”, we didn’t receive a pass and had to park on the street. There is a train track directly behind the building and trains ran regularly. The few residents that we met were friendly.”

“The place is very clean and comfortable. The property is in a residential area and felt safe. It is a 3rd floor apartment with a lot of steps take that into consideration if mobility is an issue. We wish it would have had some living room space which would have been an issue if staying longer or spending more time in the unit but wasnt an issue for our stay this time. “My daughter and new SIL live down the street. Just needed a place to sleep and shower close by for the wedding activities. Couldn't have been better! ”

“Very clean and comfortable home. Could use some shelving in the bathroom as there is nowhere to put toiletries and no nightstands by the bed to put personal items. This is a minor issue but would be helpful. Overall very nice place to stay.”
