“Last minute getaway, haven't been in Gainesville in 3 yrs immediately upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff made our weekend even better than we hoped for. Breakfast and afternoon chill time staff go above and beyond to ensure you're needs are met. “The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”
