“The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast in the morning had some nice options. Plenty of restaurants, Publix, target and gas stations close by. My only complaint was the room did not smell very good. If you have ever smelt a wet carpet, That was the odor in the room. We arrived late and left early so we did not make much of a fuss about it, but it definitely made it hard to be completely comfortable in the room as though that was the issue likely stay at the Hampton……

“This is my go to hotel when visiting Gainesville, very close to my kid's dorm. The only problem is that the AC is very loud, but price is reasonable. There is a lot of parking space and is 10 min from everywhere.”
