“This was a very charming place to stay at. The staff was friendly and were accommodating when we needed a late check-in time. We also brought our dog and liked that there were several pet-friendly rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Gainesville!”

“Wonderful. Rooms are clean premises felt very safe and the staff was delightful. Not what i expected from an economic stay. I am going to give an AAA rating on thos property. Spending small doesnt mean compromising this propert was inexpensive but all boxes are checked”

“Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. ”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time.
