“My cabin was a step back in time. Everything was clean and maintained, except the door lock. I could not get my door to lock from the inside, but there was a security latch at the top that I used instead of the deadbolt. I was satisfied with my stay. The room had a slight musty smell that might bother someone with allergies, but the air conditioning made it quite tolerable for me.”

“It’s really bad experience! The elevator was failed and I need take a large and heavy bag going down to 1st floor,I never want have this hotel again .”

“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Booked the room 3 days in advance. When i arrived they said there wasn't any rooms available. After an hour of checking he found my reservation but my room was in the middle of renovation and the door wouldn't open from the outside so he climbed through the window to open the room to show me. It was full of mattresses and construction supplies. They cleaned most of it out and put new bedding on one bed and put up a shower curtain. By this time it's after 2am and i just wanted to take a shower……
