A basic 5-star hotel featuring some spacious condos with private pools. While a few staff members are outstanding, many are unfriendly. Amenities like valet, bar, music, buffet breakfast, and stylish Versace-inspired features are available, even though they can be tacky and often unclean; overall, however, everything feels average or below expectations.

Wonderful hotel. Great location and amenities. Pool excellent and access to the beach and a path that takes you straight to Surfers Paradise is so close and wonderful to have. Food excellent, staff and could not fault this hotel. Excellent. Thank you for having us.
