"The first impression is terrible. You enter a dirty basement with an unpleasant smell. The bed was extremely lumpy and the bathroom and kitchen floors were very dirty. The living room area was pleasant and for a weekend the kitchen was well appointed but not good if you wanted to do a lot of cooking."

"Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected...
