“房間非常寬敞，有浴缸，在英國以這價錢能有這樣的房間已是超值。附近有超市和Fish & chips shop，也算方便。因今次是自駕，所以酒店位置是沒問題的，但如果搭公車就不是太容易去到了。”

“這是第二次入住，住了7天，但今次的洗手間浴巾不是每日更換，有次第三天才更換。水杯亦沒有清潔，枱亦沒有清潔，有待改善。”

“One corncern is no fridge in the room”

“We had a really nice stay, and the staff were excellent, as was the food. Our room was in the oldest part of the Grade 2 listed building so there were some low doorframes & plenty of stairs, but I would stay here again & it's in an excellent location (with off-street parking) for exploring the area.”

“My husband and I had a great stay at the Crossways. The staff were amazing and so helpful, the room was spacious and food was delicious!”

“Lovely staff who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Lovely location and very peaceful, food was very decent.”

“A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through. Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty. The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you.”

“Terrific staff, very kind and friendly. Free breakfast was good, restaurant was great for dinner. Big room with big bathroom, nicely updated.”

“A nice stay. A lovely pub right in the middle of Frome. We stayed here to go to an event at the Cheese and Grain which was perfect. Just be aware that as the rooms are part of an active pub you may get some noise on busier nights”

“A lovely stop over with our dog. Room was fine and bed comfy. Ensuite bathroom was also fine and clean. Food in the pub was good and fresh especially the breakfast. Dog given a sausage which he was very greatful for. A perfect stop over in a peaceful location”

“David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“房間非常漂亮。職員態度友善。餐廳食物非常具質素。 浴室提供的用品非常具質素。門外亦有足夠泊車空間。我相信是巴斯最好的精品酒店之一。”

“I only stayed one night but I was very happy with the hotel.”

“We were not told there would be a wedding in progress so the music was quite loud until 11pm. There was no option for early takeaway breakfast at 8am, and no option for room only. The restaurant still set up for wedding, with chairs stacked up.The female staff in the restaurant were very nice and the food excellent, something a bit different. Our shower head kept falling down & the toilet flush handle broken. The room was spotlessly clean.”

“客房清潔，設備齊全，職員有禮貌，早餐食物豐富且美味，環境寧静清幽，泊車方便，揸車到市中心觀光只需十幾分鐘，到這家酒店住宿是一個不錯的選擇。”
