Football weekend. Excellent downtown location with numerous sports bars, and restaurants, including steakhouses, and other culinary choices within easy walking distance. Nice lobby bar, Starbucks on site, and big, comfortable seating area for large party gatherings. The area is also very well lit in the evening.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a great size. There didn’t seem to be an air conditioning. There was a thermostat which allowed for the fan to run but even setting the room at a very low temperature didn’t allow the room to cool down.
