It took almost 30 minutes because the office staff was more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than helping actually get us checked in. “When checking in they put us in the wrong room then when I complained they told me it was “an upgrade” and the room we booked wasn’t available so they moved us to a room like the one I booked but it was smaller. Then we saw a roach but no refunds could only move us to another room so since we are only 18 and 19 it was hard to find somewhere to stay as check in at a lot of places is 21 so we had to take the room change then to find out our AC is full of MOLD”
