“The inn had no rooms with walk in showers even though it was advertised. Had to go down to the reception area to use a microwave-none in room. Bed was so high that my wife had to use a stool to get into it. There was a preset alarm on the time clock for 6AM that was not expected. When the heat was off there was a fan that cooled the room too much immediately. The tub was slippery when used for a shower.”

“Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes.”

“Rooms were clean and nicely sized. Pool area was maintained well with lots of towels. Beds comfortable with great ac. Breakfast was decent but attendant didnt keep it stocked very well. Otherwise great hotel and would definitely stay again.”

“The price of our room was the biggest disappointment. If I pay 300.00 I expect an updated bathroom and comfortable beds. Also, there were ants in our room, in one of the beds and on the desk top. When we checked in somehow they showed our reservation was cancelled, but I had my printout of the Expedia reservation and they found a room for us. The staff was friendly. They need to remodel everything in the room and the bathroom vent didn't keep the moisture away. We felt like we couldn't wait……

“A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”
