This was a last minute booking and I found a gem of a place. This room was affordable and had all of the amenities one could want. I really appreciate this hotel and will definitely make it a place to stay on future trips to Duluth.

We liked sitting on the balcony watching the activity on the water and dock.

This is a work in progress. Totally renovated and beautiful. Needs a few tweeks, ie: shower doors. Bathroom smelled really bad but the rest was delightful. Wonderful bed/mattress. Beautiful room. Definitely worth the stay! Please don’t let animals stay - can’t stand the dander and i think the smell in BR was from an animal urinating!

This place was amazing fun and clean I will be back again so much in walking distance great couples get away

Beautiful property, great location. Unfortunately after my stay, I was reviewing my credit card statement and found 2 unauthorized charges on the card I provided at check in. When I called for more information, I learned i was charged for parking in the ramp ($24) when we had only parked on the street. This was refunded. The second charge fo $100. I was told I was being charged a cleaning fee for feces in the shower. I explained that I had used African black soap. There is no niche or shelf in the shower so we set the soap on the shower floor. I offered to provide pictures of the soap. I was told i would be refunded $50 but not the full $100. This is soap. It doesn't stain.
