Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

I had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again. The location was excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, public transportation, and everything I wanted to see in Myeongdong. It made exploring Seoul so easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. I was lucky enough to be able to check in early after a long trip, which made such a difference and was greatly appreciated. After checkout, they also kindly held my luggage while I spent a few more hours exploring before heading out. That level of hospitality really made my stay even better. Overall, this hotel was an excellent value for the price. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Myeongdong, I highly recommend it. Thank you for making my trip to Seoul such a great experience!

Very spacious residence hotel in the central Seoul. Relatively less crowded but within walking distance of many subway stations or convenient bus stops nearby. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow selection was limited compared to 4/5-star hotels. If you are looking for a space like home, it should be the right choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Nine Tree Premier Rokaus Yongsan. The staff were always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The room cleaning service was excellent throughout our stay, and the room itself was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. We stayed in a Han River View room and were treated to stunning panoramic views of the city, the Han River, and Namsan Tower. Waking up to those views each day was a real highlight of our trip. The hotel also has a convenient and very reasonably priced coin laundry room, which was extremely useful during our trip and made a longer stay much more comfortable. We did not try the breakfast as it would not have been good value for us due to our dietary requirements, but everything else during our stay was excellent. Thank you to the team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.
