Took me over 30 mins to check in. When I eventually check in, the room I was allocated was not cleaned after previous guests. Then I had to go back to get keys for another room. Not an experience you need when you are tired and desperately in need of rest.

The room was perfectly clean and nicely fitted out with a kitchenette and laundry cupboard. Everything is modern and functional with big TVs and electronic controls for blinds and curtains. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I seldom have a great experience in Australian hotels but this place is a gem.

Unfortunately the works across the road were exceptionally loud. I suggest leaving earbuds in those rooms closest to the construction.
