We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly book it again for our next visit to Budapest.
The location is ideal—right in a vibrant square full of energy, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a full day of exploring the city. One of the highlights for us was discovering that we were within walking distance of the Szabó Ervin Library, a must-see that had been on my to-do list for a long time.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed some downtime at the pool table, which added a fun, relaxing touch to our evenings.
The bedding was exceptionally comfortable—so much so that I asked for the brand details so we could recreate the experience at home.
Overall, the hotel offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended!

The Aurea Ana is a beautiful hotel in a very good location.
We were convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfasts were very good, And the hotel restaurant was comfortable, good food and the service was exceptional.
The only issues we had, the room was pretty but seemed small and crowded. The front desk was under staffed, and the early person at the desk was not helpful with our check out at all. We had to get all our bags from the room, and down the stairs to the cab ourselves. I would recommend the hotel and probably stay again.

Good location away from the busy part of Budapest
We had a lovely room on Level 5, however, the lift shafts are very noisy and we had to be moved as it was keeping my husband up at night. The top of the lifts were clanging on the roof of the lifts everytime someone used the lifts
Breakfast was lovely
Staff were very attentive and helpful
Would recommend though, however, if you have good hearing, stay off Level 5, even with ear buds, we could both still hear it.
