The location is excellent. Cute little studio. The amenities are great. The communication was excellent. Every time I needed help or just needed to clarify something the responses were fast, clear and friendly. The place is safe and it has security staff wondering around the building often. The 24 hours receptionists were very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, for me the place was not as clean as described and reviewed from other guests. The floors were dirty not mopped, walls splashed and fingerprints marks everywhere, shower mold details were missed in corners. They wiped everything in the kitchen but streaks everywhere. The toilet had yelow substance drips when I lifted the lid. I had to clean it again.The bathroom sink was full of hair in the drain from a previous guest and somewhat clogged. The bedding was very clean. I would definitely stay there again if they focused more on cleaning details. Thank you

整體乾淨服務不錯，房間稍嫌簡單，沒有咖啡機也沒有吹風機

O quarto estava limpo, porém como o apartamento é todo com tapete, tinha alguns cabelos de outra hospedagens. Mas no geral a limpeza era boa. Outro ponto que funcionou bem, a comunicação com bot via WhatsApp e o check-in todo eletrônico, mas pode ser um ponto negativo para quem tem pouca habilidade e conhecimento dessas novas tecnologias. Localização era excelente e a hospedagem ótima para 01 ou 02 pessoas, para uma família não funciona bem.

Quarto confortável é limpo. A internet não funcionou. No geral , tudo otimo
