The hotel staff were great. Kind and friendly and most spoke English, so that was very helpful for me. The room was great. Only complaint was the shower doors were grinding on the floor when opening and closing, so it made a loud screetch everytime. My view from the room was spectacular. There are some bars and restaurants close by. I felt safe the whole time walking alone at night, but it is through some dark and dirty streets with the homeless around. But this might not be a good option for women traveling alone and wanting to walk everywhere. However, i felt really safe.

We enjoyed the room, it’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel pool was large and nice to swim in. The included breakfast had hot items and many other items. The only complaint is the receptionist did not give me the balcony room I prepaid. Said the hotel was full but I sure didn’t see that many people there…so the hotel itself was great but I didn’t feel like I was treated fairly.
