"Truly river-front, without trains between the cabin and the river...not usual for Mississippi River rentals. Super-clean and incredibly well-furnished and set up! Best bed we ever slept on. Cabin comes with a canoe and virtually anything your heart desires. Easy bicycle-proximity to Trempealeau center, Perrot State Park, the marsh trails, and Trempealeau 'lakes' for great kayaking. Cat Daddy's bar and grill is next door, but we found the proximity just fine...cabin windows close-to-soundproof if needed, and the atmosphere was truly delightful over Father's Day weekend. Bring your walking sticks to get to the dock safely if you are octogenarians like us! Can't wait for our next visit in September!"

"It was great and easy. Check-in must have had everything laid out and ready so when I checked-in, I think I spent less than 5 mins at the desk: basically give a card, get the keys, get the receipt, done. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The TV was already personalized by the time I got up there, and it was a piece of cake to add to it: I ran a cord to the tv so I could stream onto the big tv. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great. Breakfast was simple but good, and had a nice change of food,Ike omelets. They had black out shades in the room, too. Overall, pleasantly surprised by the lengths they went to. "
