“The sofa bed was not in good shape. The bed was really sloped downard. It was so bad, we could not use it. I complained to the night clerk, and she just stared at me. I told her it was not worth the extra $45 I spent for the room, since the bed was unusable.”

“Easy check-in, friendly staff, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.”

“First room we had no power on one’s side of the room. Second room smelled musty. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Bedding was paper thin. ”

“We were ready for bed, and when we slipped under the covers - the sheets were uncomfortably damp. The front desk did bring us dry sheets and pillows, but I ended up remaking my bed myself.”
