Stayed here several times never any big issues other than being charged twice on our first stay. But one of the staff made it right

The breakfast was very good and had lots of options.

We accidentally reserved a handicapped room, which we did not need. She wouldn't put us in a different room bc she said it was the rule which is understandable. But why? If the place isn't full, why couldn't we get a different room? Also the room we stayed in smelled terrible, like actually terrible. There was something wrong with the shower, and the bathtub. The coffee they had wasn't hardly even warm. But it was 6:30pm. Still should be hot if they are gonna serve it in my opinion. The place was nice overall. Just a few things, and our room smell was the worst part of it all. The bed was very comfortable.
