Room equipment issues. The television was not programmed. Had to sit in room without entertainment. Fortunately Primo, the manager put me on a different room rather than waiting for equipment to be set to proper working status.

Nice and clean, staff is friendly. A little overprice for weekends, I would think is less during the week. Food was good and normal CA prices. Close to the park.

My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth.

We stay at Hotel Piccadilly often because they are top rated ay a reasonable price. Room is great, Staff are professional and friendly, breakfast has a lots of variety and filling. The pool is well maintained and the landscaping is spectacular.

It is rather a motel then hotel, for the price it was only ok in my opinion. I did not like the bathroom that was outdated with a very noisy vent. Sheets and towels were very poor quality. The office with the front desk smelt with Hindu food, not pleasant at all.
