Tensed Vacations from $310

So upon arriving and triple checking the day before I arrived, that my reservation was good to go and no issues, because I was traveling 3 plus hours to that destination. I got there the man at the desk was not very friendly, and told me that my reservation was "Cancelled.".... I always put a card down but sometimes I change cards etc when I get to the hotel, and all he did was look at me and then looked back down. I was furious! I never received a call, nothing, zero you name it regarding my room being cancelled by them, not myself! I had to get a room with 1bed for myself and 21 year old son which is fine, it's how they handled or NOT handled a extremely poor situation that was NOT my fault. I will never stay there again and I will let everyone I know traveling to Spokane to not stay there as I do marketing on social media etc.... VERY UNHAPPY

The staff is Amazing and so helpful. We had a medical emergency at the hospital across the street. The ladies at the front desk took great care of our family. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my room, especially the balcony facing the river. The hotel is in a great location to the Center of the Arts. However, the couch and chairs had stains, and the building could use a good wash down. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
