Overall, the hotel feels new, although the elevator is vintage and slow. Our room was clean, and just a bit snug. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom ample and we appreciate the large amount of vanity counter space. The room and bath are well furnished with amenities. The location is excellent. We would book there again.

Beautiful property! Perfect for our family to stay during a wedding weekend. The home is exceptionally well maintained and easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer! The gardens were incredibly pretty and we understand why the home has been named Hummingbird Haven!!

Loved The Milo hotel. Would’ve been great to have more time to enjoy this place. We were in ground floor unit which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the people staying upstairs must’ve been a family of elephants who didn’t like sleeping. The stomped around all night at odd hours which kept us awake. When asked how our stay was at check out, I joked about the unfortunate neighbour noise. The staff member didn’t even offer a laugh, let alone an apology. A disappointing end to an otherwise great experience.

We took the Pacific Surfliner into Santa Barbara to catch the Coast Starlight #14 the next day. This hotel is right across the tracks from Santa Barbara Amtrak Station so it was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly!
