Breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well taken care of, unfortunately there was construction next to the building and renovations inside but overall still very nice, staff was excellent and very polite and professional. Only down side was the bed seemed very uncomfortable and possibly rather old along with the electronics, would have been nice to be able to log in to our subscription services when out on vacation but also understandable. Overall out stay was wonderful and the location of the hotel may traveling the areas very easy.

2nd time here and will be back again. Perfect hotel to stay if you are taking in all of the downtown area. Walking distance from the Falls Park etc

I just want to know who decides how to design a handicap room? The roll in shower was very clean, but impractical. The main problem was that the curtain did not help contain the spray and the floor did not slope back into the shower. The result was that I ended up with a small pond that went into my bed area. The provided 2 towels meant that I did not have enough for me and to contain the water in the bathroom. I felt bad that the water left the bathroom but the design of the room was not well thought through. Everything else was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The property well maintained.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very kind. We thought that breakfast ended at 10; it was at 9. They still let us eat a little something even though they don’t have to. It felt safe there.
