“No air conditioning in my room”

“Booked a one night stay, expecting the lobby and hotel to look like the pictures and when I got there the lobby furniture was visibly dirty, ripped and the inside stuffing of cushion was visible. Waited a minute for front desk service, someone came down that I thought was just someone staying at the hotel with a very messy appearance… it was the front desk employee. Upon checking into the room I had hoped it would improve but we were placed in a basement room, night outside light, the pool was……

“Fabulous hotel on outskirts of Denver. Rooms are suites and have well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Large rooms with plenty of storage if needed. Good breakfast offering hot and cold items. Complimentary laundry facilities and nice indoor pool. All staff were friendly and professional. Very close to shops and restaurants and also Denver Premium Outlets. Definitely recommend if wanting a hotel near Denver.”

“Sounds like they ran out of rooms and had to open more up — we ended up getting a really nice suite with a mini kitchen, etc! Needless to say it was unexpected but a very pleasant surprise!”

“We loved it. Cute place, squeaky clean, newly built, everything we needed. Met the owner who was quite nice. We liked being able to park in the garage and close the door. There's an electric car charger in the garage. Kitchen was stocked with snacks, coffee, etc. Would definitely rent this place again. ”

“Kitchen was great. Rooms and beds were fine. The pillows in the room facing the street need to be replaced. Closet floors needed dusting. ”

“I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.”

“What a wonderful property!! The hot tub, the outdoor space, and the incredible decor and lighting in the home. This was truly an enchanted retreat. This home is close to many amenities for families. ”
