“There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall……

“Stayed here while undergoing procedures at one of the medical facilities in the area. This house is so charming and comfortable. Jill was an excellent host and made everything easy- from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Loved the vintage feel and the modern renovations. The beds were so comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to the zoo, the gardens, and the museums. I can’t wait to stay in this beautiful home again. ”

“I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee ”

“My family and I stayed for a long weekend. There were nine of us in total and we slept comfortably. The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and clean. Lovely yard as well. The management team was very responsive to our needs/questions and we appreciated their good communication. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. We highly recommend this house! ”

“Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. The host was great with communication and check-in was a breeze. The parking space in the garage righ next door was really convenient and it was great to have an enclosed space guaranteed. This spot is perfect for anyone exploring RiNo or downtown.”
