“This place was perfect for our group of 10 guys. The rooms were all really nice and spacious, very clean, and with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs game and theatre room was awesome for hanging out and watching sports, and the hot tub was the nicest I’ve seen at a rental. The host was also very responsive. Would for sure stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in this part of Denver.”

“Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. ”
