“Cute house only 15 minute walk to downtown area with plenty of eating options and shops. About a 45 min drive to Ft Collins where we visited our CSU student. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. All amenities we needed were present- coffee maker (coffee!), hairdryer, board games. Alex was excellent at communicating and accommodating our needs.”

“We spent twelve days at this house in early March 2026. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled house. We love the kitchen and counter space. This place is very clean and well maintained. The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year.”

“Honestly, this place is fine if you just need to crash for a night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The room was only so-so when it came to cleanliness, and every now and then there was a weird smell—kind of like cat pee or something. A couple of the light switches didn’t work, and neither did the ceiling light. The outside of the property looked a bit shabby too, and the washer and dryer were both out of order. That said, the staff was awesome. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly,……
