“The house was clean, comfortable, and honestly fun to stay in. We really enjoyed the little lounge area by the fireplace. The owners communicated very well with us during our stay, and the printed instructions they left around the house helped us answer most of the questions we may have had.”

“It was in great condition. Very clean. Great bed...small rooms. Frig does not have a freezer. ”

“Advertised as 2 bedrooms. Not 2 bedrooms. If you are over 6 feet, watch your head due to low doorways in this basement! Otherwise, clean and easy to get around the neighborhood. ”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……

“The house is older but cozy and charming. Beds were very comfortable - and two King beds is unheard of, such a nice perk! Kitchen had the basics, all we needed. Jeff was very responsive. I had never worked with the Happy Guest app before and found it a little challenging; I prefer just getting check in and out instructions through the VRBO platform. Being an older house in an old part of Denver, the parking situation was tight, and would be for anything larger than a car - jockeying a smaller……
