I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet very much. Also very nice was the proximity to Ayala mall and its many restaurants and stores. Ambience was elegant and friendly staff were very helpful.

Second stay at the property, I would stay again despite the indifference of the front desk. The service was improved from my first visit but hospitality is not a thing here. Paul at the Skydeck was the absolute best at customer service, he could teach everyone else on staff how to provide customer service, and they could use a crash course 👍

The place it was really nice but the only thing is when you check in it’s not smooth you have to wait because there no approval from the owner when I check in so I waited and I don’t have so much time because I need to meet my family ! But over all happy with my accommodation!

From the outside,looks like a great resort but that was it. Room as big as it was is nice . No seats inside room so every time you want to sit down you have to sit on the bed . Luggage no place to pack or un pack other than the bed. Their is a nice table with a kettle and to lovey cups but nothing ...
