Connected to Haneda but the signage is horrible - very difficult to find unless you know where to go already. Check-in was done via online modules. Remember most customers are jet-lagged and very tired. Not user friendly. Ended up asked the staff for help - they were excellent. Restaurants choices in the area were good if you are Japanese but no real western options were available. And no bars at all. Overall the hotel itself is very good. Rooms a little small but that was expected. Well maintained but it is still new. Staff was helpful and polite.

Location, being on airport terminal property was helpful. Automated checkin process with lack of people contact was pretty poor. The spa (a chargeable extra for guests) was nice. Good hot pools.
