Horrible Customer Service EVER!!!

Pros: The room was spacious
Cons: Too many things
Location: None
We tried communicating with manager about their poor advertising regarding their indoor pool. The man is one of the worse managers I have ever spoken with. My husband and I were still talking to him when he just turned around and walked away. Don't believe everything they list. At Least not for this hotel. Their breakfast was a joke... they were out of juice. Just had bread and a waffle maker. Nothing else!! They didn't advertise a pet fee... but when you get there, you will be charged. We don't mind paying for extras but we don't like surprises. And this man was the WORSE!!!! Lesson learned!! We will never stay there again!!

Pros: The staff was great. They were training a new employee and the trainer was very patient and thorough. We felt very welcome.
Cons: Spending a little extra time and care on daily cleaning would really have changed our experience. Sorry I hate writing bad reviews:>)
Location: There are several restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate area. The murals are close too although we were not able to make it to see them.
This is an older hotel, expected for the price, the staff was nice however our room did not seam clean. I hate to write a bad review but this was the 1st time I was afraid to walk barefoot on a hotel room floor. There were cracker crumbs in the recliner, white dried "milk" on the drape covering the back of the chair, dried up chunks of pepperoni pizza on the floor, and other plastic and paper. There was also what looked like dried up sticky soda on the wall next to the sink. It did not appear that the room had been vacuumed. Our sheets and bedding did seam to be clean and newly made.

Room for improvement

Pros: Good selections for breakfast. The staff was friendly. The air conditioning was functional. I had a small fridge in my room.
Cons: Treat room 222 for bed bugs. New curtains for room 206. The doors slam very loudly- perhaps install a soft-close feature.
Location: We enjoyed walking around the nearby park, neighborhoods and the "old part of town" with all the murals.
My colleague got bedbug bites in her bed (Room 222). I had a mysterious small brown stain on my window curtains (Room 206). I had some brief difficulty checking in - they had not reserved two rooms for us, even though my Expedia reservation had indicated to do so, but it was resolved when I handed the receptionist a printout of my Expedia reservation.

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Pros: We liked the location and the good price.
Cons: If anything could be improved it would probably be the cleanliness of the bathroom. It appeared that the tub could have been cleaned a little better.
Location: There were several restaurants and gas stations nearby. It was very easy to get onto the freeway as well.
We were greeted warmly when we arrived to check in. The staff member on duty was very friendly and accomodating. We quickly checked in, went to our room and couldn't turn our lights on along one wall. We had to leave right away to go to a baseball game and we mentioned to her the problem. She quickly volunteered to take care of it while we were away. When we returned everything was fine. She was very good about explaining all the amenities. She let us know the hours for breakfast. She gave us the hours for the pool. We used the pool twice since we had our grandson with us. It was very nice. We could tell that she was very conscientious about cleanliness. She was mopping the floor when we were at the pool. I noticed she was very attentive to anyone walking in the door. Because of her we would definitely visit this hotel again.

The remote was missing from the room, one of the two beds was dirty and the other was very lumpy.

When we walked in the doors to check in, the employees were folding laundry in the breakfast area. There was a slimy looking substance stuck to our door on the inside. The continental breakfast consisted of muffins that were cut in half, 4 slices of bread laying out and hard boil eggs that were brought out on a cart from a closet. No idea how long they had been sitting in there with no refrigeration. Needless to say, we did not eat there. Washer didn't work but manager was able to fix it eventually and did refund my $1.25. I will never stay here again.

Pros: The t v
Cons: Clean it up.
My grandchildren came to visit me. We took them to the pool and was told because they weren't registered with us we would be charged $10 dollars foe all three. We were charged. I went to use hot tub & it was out of order. The people working were very rude to my wife. The room was not clean. No coffee, towels Kleenex or soap. Had to go ask for items. Blanket on one bed had terrible stains. Hadn't been washed in awhile. Just plain filthy.

Good location

Pros: ?
Cons: All of the above mentioned things
Location: Toppenish is the City of Murals and the motel is close to the town center
Room my daughter reserved/hottub wasnt available when we got there. Her room was changed after she was in it, and the room next door had non stop barking dogs. when my husband and I went up the stairway to our room, the banister was almost completely torn from the wall. the drapes in our room were torn off the rail in places. We didn't have any towels in our room, but they did bring them to us. The back security door didn't even have a latch on it, so there was no security now. Non of these issues were new to the property - it has not had any maintenance.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Update plumbing and paint walls. Some sound proofing is recommended.
Location: Wine tasting at many of the cellars. The Casino is 1.5 miles away. Farmers market is walking distance.
Stayed in Motel to be close as we could to Casino. Reserved a single queen. Bed was comfortable. Floor was clean and room smelled Okay. Walls were scratched and chunks of drywall missing. Bathroom wall had spots that looked nasty. Was a handicap accessible but had zero water pressure in shower. Shower valve was plumbed backwards. All we could hear all night was every door in hallway and people running in upstairs hall.
