Really liked how the family rooms were separate bedrooms. The rooms were nice n the location of the hotel was good n did have parking available. Only complaint was our room wasn’t ready n we were hanging about a while to find a big horrible yellow stain on carpet. We were told family before us had been sick which can’t be helped but was still a bit grim n couldn’t move rooms n just got a sorry. Other than that pool was nice, didn’t do breakfast as thought too expensive n all the staff were nice.

The property had beautiful decor and friendly staff.This was an upgrade from another hotel.The lunch sandwiches were delicious and well priced. My daughter and I were pleased with our room and loved the light up dressing table mirror. It would have been handy to have a key each.
My husband snd son had no heating in their room and the window rattled so they didnt get a room as good as ours. Apart from that we were very happy with our stay.

Loved staying here for a couple of nights. Close to the train station so could walk to wherever we needed or jump on the train to Paignton, every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional, and it was nice to have a dip in the pool. With this place don't expect a lavish room but good service and a room which is decent enough to rest your head for a few nights.

The hotel closed for the winter and we didn't find out till the morning of our travel, moved to the grand hotel which was lovely, disappointed that hotels.com didn't let us know about the change
