Cortijo Nieves Torrox by Ruralidays

Villa located in Torrox, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This holiday homes can welcome up to 8 people in its four bedrooms. One has a double bed and a ceiling fan; another bedroom has two single beds of 105 cm and a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms have two single beds of 90cm each and are provided with a ceiling fan. The two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower, are located in the corridor. The cosy dining-living room is provided with a fireplace so that you will feel warm in winter and cool in summer. It shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.

Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area of this holiday home will definitely leave you breathless. The wonderful patio is provided with staggering views over the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of the region of La Axarquía, alongside a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the warm temperature of the Andalusian summer in Torrox. In the patio, you will also find a barbecue area and a dining area, and last, but not least, a fantastic private swimming pool with sun loungers and deckchairs.

The access to the house comprises a four-km-long unpaved lane and a four-km-long paved lane. This way, despite being a mountainous path, it is perfectly practicable.

Tour de Abuelos

We were four friends finishing a stay in Spain and this was our last place. It was fantastic, everything we liked and needed. Great views, extremely clean, well equipped, lots of different outdoor areas. We enjoyed meals outside and in using the well equipped kitchen. The hosts Pepe and Patricia were a joy to deal with, very responsive, and all round great people. The first drive to the house was a hoot, very exciting at first but no problem after a few drives. Live these small roads in Spain! We all enjoyed ourselves and all stated we will be back in the future. Thanks again Pepe and Patricia, you made it the highlight of our trip,

Another great holiday for a group of grandfathers. We have stayed here before and will return again. Pepe and Patricia are wonderful hosts, responsive, warm and lots of fun. The villa is all we need, good cooking facilties, spectacular views with lots of outdoor patios. And lets not forget the road, lots of fun, especially at night. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very beautiful and had a great view. Pepe and Patricia were extremely kind and showed us everything when we arrived. The pool area with the lounge couch was perfect for relaxing – we spent many hours there sunbathing and playing cards. Pepe was always available and very helpful whenever we needed something. After our stay, we realized that we had forgotten a shoulder bag and AirPods in the house. Pepe immediately contacted us to let us know and kindly offered to either send them to us or meet up to return them. This really shows how thoughtful and reliable he is. Highly recommended!

Von dem Haus aus hat man einen phantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge und auf das Meer. Der Pool ist schön groß und man hat viele Möglichkeiten, sich aufzuhalten. Das Tor ist elektronisch gesichert und man kann sein Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, eine große Kaffeemaschine wäre schön, es gibt nur eine Kapselmaschine und Espressokannen. Es ist sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich. Pepe spricht Englisch, was die Verständigung erleichtert. Die Straße zum Haus ist, wie bei den meisten Häusern in den Bergen, eine Herausforderung, am besten mietet man sich ein geländegängiges Auto. Nach ein paar Fahrten ist aber alles nicht mehr so schlimm. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen Empfang und die gute Betreuung während unseres Urlaubs an Pepe und Patricia.

Für uns sind alle Superlative zu kurz, wir haben unseren Urlaub mit den Kindern wirklich genossen. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, schön und ordentlich. Die Aussicht rundherum ist fantastisch, für uns ist es eine Ibiza-Villa, so haben wir sie umbenannt :) Weniger als 20 Minuten zum Strand und 15 Minuten zu 3 großen Supermärkten, kurzum, ein toller Ort. Mehr als sein Geld wert und Pepe. Was für ein freundlicher Mann.

Wir haben viel über die Anreise gelesen, aber die unbefestigte Straße ist mit jedem Auto fahrbar. Sicherlich ist ein SUV nett und eine Automatik praktisch am Berg, aber kein Muss. Die letzten 100 Meter nach der Toreinfahrt sind etwas spannend, aber ansonsten kein Hexenwerk. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gute Zustand und noch nie wurde ich so freundlich von Eigentümern empfangen wie hier. Es gibt eine Kaffeekapsel Maschine und eine Aufkochmöglichkeit für Expresso, eine normale Kaffeemaschine würde reichen, besonders bei mehr als 2 Kaffeetrinkern. Vielleicht auch etwas mehr Besteck, dann lohnt sich der Abwasch. Ansonsten stimmte alles, natürlich auch die vorbildliche Sauberkeit. Und wenn doch eine Frage auftauchte, Pepe hat sie schnell beantwortet. Entgegen den Fotos gibt es eine neue Küche und auch eine Tischtennisplatte. 2 Schlafzimmer besitzen eine Klimaanlage, wie auch der Wohn- und Essbereich. Die abgebildeten Deckenventilatoren sind nicht mehr vorhanden.
