TV didn’t work and room was outdated

Check-in, which didn’t begin until 4:00 took 45 minutes. There was a large concert in town starting at 6:00, so people needed to get into their rooms. There were only 5 other guests/sets of guests in front of us. The wait was ridiculous and the staff didn’t even try to apologize, explain the wait, or even move a little more quickly to get guests checked in.

I've stayed here several times over the past year, and unfortunately, each time I am less impressed. The hotel rooms need maintenance. The room we had this time had a strong smell of mildew. The shower/tub did not drain well, and the drain cap was missing. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the larger wall mounted bottles on the wall, but our body wash was completely missing. There were very few toiletries (we had to ask for more toilet paper, as there was only one roll in the room). Several dresser drawers were missing handles. The couch had holes in the cushions. The staff was very nice, but that only accounts for so much. Breakfast was just ok. A little maintenance would go a long way.
