“This is one of the worst days ever had. The room was misrepresented by both Expedia and the hotel website itself. I would expect more from a supposedly three star hotel. I asked for food delivery as I was bedridden and denied. There was construction outside the entire day that I was there for rest. I gave it two stars because it had a hot tub. I have pictures if anyone needs to see them.”

“They did not have the room available, which was advertised. The place was dirty and I know this part can’t be helped but there is about 30 construction workers that we’re staying there while they were on a job I assume.”

“For short visit it is good enough, toliet is clean already good for me, room is big The carpet outside the room is stinky, they need to work on it. Location is good, 10 mins to CHI Health Center”
