the staff was great at being available to let us into our room when they couldn't make key cards, however, I never once had to show verification that it was my room. No security in place for this...just tell them what room you want to go in and they let you in.

The hotel was very conveniently located so we were able to walk to dinner and our concert. The IT outage meant that we couldn't get a room key and had to be let in by a hotel employee, but everyone handled that very professionally during a very busy weekend. Lindsey especially kept cool and engaging during that time.

Hotel is good and located in downtown you walk for most places around the downtown. If I back to Omaha I will consider this hotel for sure. They serve a good and fresh breakfast.

A good hotel all round with friendly staff. Breakfast is really tasty and the lady serving there was very friendly. Lynette I think her name was. Wonderful service. I probably would stay there again if back in Omaha. Room was a little tired with a noisy air conditioner, and the room was noisy from car noise from the street (people driving around with noisy exhausts).

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, we walked down to the old market area every night. About a 5 minute walk, we loved that. Downtown is just so cool. Breakfast was good even though it is not included. Would absolutely stay again. There was daily paid covered parking.We felt very safe walking every where we went.
