Lovely place just outside of Omaha and a 20 minute drive to the Astro Venue (in town for a concert). The staff was relatable, friendly, and proud of their jobs as it clearly shows in their customer service! A must stay for anyone on a budget or in town to rock out!

We’ve stayed here a few times on our way through Omaha. Location is good but needs updating and repairs. Our room was in fair shape, big cracks in bathroom tile and doors were in rough shape. Could use some maintenance. Staff friendly. Clean enough.

The room smelled pretty bad/musky. The room was dirty and had stains on the beds. When we went to unfold the couch bed for our kids the moment we took the cusions off the amount of nasty stains under the cusions was vomit inducing. I wouldnt stay here again. These issues are where bed bugs thrive.

We liked the large room. But, the hotel was kind of dingy (chipped paint, etc.). The room could have been cleaner (hair in bathroom, stains and pet hair on sofa), but it wasn't too bad. We were disappointed to learn that the hot tub was out of order upon arrival as this ammenity was a deciding factor when booking for the last leg of our long road trip.

There was seldom a staff person at front desk. When there was they did not greet customers coming and going. They only provide room service every 3 days. For the amount they charge this is unacceptable. We had to ask for towels, etc. it was an unfriendly atmosphere.
