The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We didn't have breakfast because we had to leave by 530 both mornings we were there. Also, when we left that early, there were people drinking by the dumpster near our car which was uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was great.

Always a good time at this hotel! Only complaint is lack of parking later in the day due to the casino across the street. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always good, hot, plenty of variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is our go to hotel in council bluffs Omaha area.

It was a solid Good stay. We booked a king suit with a couch that had a roll out bed. There was a mini coffee maker, small fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower. There were complimentary soaps; bar, lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. While the hygiene products did the job in a pinch; I highly recommend bringing your own. The room was clean. The master room did have a french? door to close off the master room from the couch bed. I do wish there were a blind or curtain over the french door for privacy. The blankets were heavy enough to keep us warm but the pillows felt like down feather pillows; four for the master room and we found an extra two pillows in the closet for the couch bed. The master bed was a solid firm mattress. The tv was fully accessible with tons of channels. Breakfast was a spread. Bagels, biscuits, bread for toast, mini muffins, cereal, oatmeal bars, fruits of apple, oranges and bananas, sausage links, scrambled eggs, gravy, waffles, mini waffles, coffee, tea, orange juice, cranberry juice and apple juice. We ventured to the pool before tucking in for bed. There were a few other people already swimming when we arrived. The pool was colder than I prefer, we stayed maybe an hour in the water but didn't try the hot tub due to the amount of other people using the hot tub. There were towels located in the pool area, along with tables and chairs and lounges. The pool deep end was 5' and the shallow started at 3'.

The hotel is not bad. But I notice dirty staff in AC outlets. The worst thing happens here is in the last day one of hotel employees knock the door and shoute loudly to leave the hotel because the time was 12:15 and we suppose to leave at 12:00. I know their rules for them but no one has the right to shout to their against their customer. She even didn't respect that I have a child listening to her. That behavior is really wired to me. I talked to reception member and she promised that she will investigate that and she will check who did that. Yet no official apologized from them or sorry.

Very nice hotel. Pool was a bit on the cooler side but better then any other once we had experienced. Staff was great and helpful. Only annoying thing was that the door cards where very sensitive to any kind of metal. Looked ourselves 3 times or more out during our stay

The woman at the front desk was beyond friendly and helpful so check in was great The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Convenient location to the Henry Doorly Zoo and downtown Omaha. I would recommend staying here.

I stayed with my sister after a visit to Omaha because it had convenient access to the interstate for when we headed home. It is located between the arena and one of the casinos so if that is why you're visiting it is easy walking distance for most people. The pool was refreshing, we didn't use the hot tub because it was 100 degrees outside. The staff was VERY friendly and every member we came in contact with met our eyes and said hello at the very least. Our room was quiet and use of keycards to enter anywhere other than the main entrance was strictly enforced. We didn't participate in breakfast, but it was available. The room was comfortable and clean other than a pink film on the bathroom counter which I think was a cleaning product that wasn't completely wiped up. There are many restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Parking goes around the building, but I found the lot to be pretty narrow if you're driving a bigger vehicle. The price was decent considering that the College World Series was in town and a lot of places had jacked up their prices.
